The world’s end is located within the Horton Plains National park in Nuwara Eliya. The Horton plains plateau comes to a sudden end at World’s End. The world’s end is one of the most-visited parts of the park. It is a tourist attraction place in the Nuwara Eliya district.

The main point of all this is we can get to see two amazing viewpoints, one is the World’s End and the other one is the Little World’s End. If it is clear you can see the way to Adam’s Peak. The walk to World’s End is 4 kilometers. Sri Lanka is an ideal place for going on hikes, the way to World’s end is one of them.

The world’s end is a popular tourist destination consisting of several tourist attractions. A wide range of diversity makes it so amazing. It has a beautiful sight of nature. Around 188 varieties of plant species had been identified at Hortain Plains and 63 of them are endemic to Sri Lanka. Blue magpie, blue flycatcher, Sri Lankan white-eye, Sri Lanka wood pigeon only in certain plains while other endemic species include Sri Lanka spurfowl, Sri Lanka junglefowl, orange billed babbler. Nearly 54 woody plant species have been identified. Many people go to visit the world’s end and enjoy the best sceneries of the hill country.
