The fall occurred at the Paranagama Divisional Secretariat in both the Nuwara Eliya and Badulla districts of the Pewella GS area. From Welimada – Pussellawa road turns off at Ambagasdova junction and follow the Pewella bus route. This road then rises and becomes a winding path that looks a bit dangerous.
